Welfare Association response to the article published on Ynet news on January 11, 2011

"On 11 January 2011, an Israeli website, Ynet news, published an article entitled "Report: How Arab money is transferred to Israeli Left", which discusses a report prepared  by an extreme right-wing organization in Israel called Im Tirtzu targeting the human rights community in Israel and their support by the Welfare Association. Over the last year the same organization has launched numerous campaigns of incitement against several donor organizations which fund human rights organizations in Israel.

The Welfare Association is a transparent and accountable foundation which complies with international standards. Its Donors are prominent, respected individuals, international agencies and governments. Our work is undertaken in full compliance with the domestic laws of that countries we operate in including Israel. Without exception, we are proud of our work and record, and its impact on enhancing the lives of the people in the communities we support."
